This chart lists all 50 standard sizes we manufacture — carry bags, SOS and V-bottom bags, pouches, mailers, cartons, pizza boxes, cup sleeves and wrapping paper — in centimetres and inches, with what each size typically holds. Every dimension can also be made to order, so treat these as proven starting points rather than limits.

How to read a paper bag size
Bag sizes are written as width × gusset × height. The width is the front face; the gusset is the folded side panel that sets how deep the base opens; the height runs from the base to the top edge. A 25 × 13 × 31 cm bag therefore has a base of 25 × 13 cm and stands 31 cm tall. Handles are not included in the height, and they take up some of the space inside: allow roughly the top tenth of the bag for handles, or a little more if the top is folded over.
V-bottom bags and pouches are written as width × height with a separate V-fold depth. They open less than a square-bottom bag, which is why they suit flat or soft goods — clothing, documents, bakery items — rather than boxes.
Carry bags
Width × gusset × height. The gusset is the depth of the base.

How to measure for the right size
- Measure the item as it will be packed — boxed, folded or wrapped — not the bare product.
- Match the base first. The two shortest sides must fit within the bag’s width and gusset. Rigid boxes need the full footprint; folded clothing can squeeze a little.
- Check the height below the handles. The tallest side must sit below the handle line with room to spare.
- Check the weight. A bag that fits by size can still be overloaded. Heavier loads call for a higher GSM or double ply — see our GSM guide.
- For several items, measure them grouped the way you would pack them — side by side or stacked.
